DIC (Digital Image Correlation) strain measurement system

Achieving a tracking resolution of approximately 0.0001 pixels with a unique algorithm.

MotionScope's strain measurement system achieves a tracking resolution of approximately 0.0001 pixels through its unique algorithms. We offer not only a complete system that includes cameras as a turnkey solution but also sets that allow customers to choose lenses, lighting, speckles, and more according to their specific applications. Since measurements can be taken non-contact, it is possible to measure various objects, such as the blades of wind turbines and large buildings or structures. ■ Measurement of displacement (visualization of movements smaller than 1μm) ■ Ability to magnify and analyze the motion of objects ■ VMA (Visual Modal Analysis): Visual modal analysis ■ Smart aliasing: Measurement up to 14 times the Nyquist limit is possible. ■ BOSchlieren (Background Oriented Schlieren): Background-oriented schlieren

[Case Study] MeetPi

Successfully replaced conventional data logging systems, reducing costs by about 1/10!

We would like to introduce a case study of implementing "meetPi" into a stress-strain monitoring system for mechanical components. Strain measurement consists of expensive strain gauges and data loggers, which not only incur high costs but also require a large volume. By utilizing the CAN communication of our product along with a real-time module, we have successfully replaced the conventional data logger system. We can also develop an anomaly detection algorithm using Python and evolve it into edge AI. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenge: Strain monitoring is costly ■Effect: Successful cost reduction and miniaturization *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Wireless Cloud-Based Strain Measurement System PITA-NET

Just stick it with a magnet; no complicated wiring work is needed.

This system allows for easy strain measurement simply by attaching a strain gauge unit to the measurement target with a magnet. Complicated wiring and the difficult task of attaching strain gauges are unnecessary, and the measured data can be monitored in real-time remotely via the cloud. Additionally, this system is equipped with our proprietary IoT wireless UNISONet, enabling stable data collection wirelessly. ■ It has the following features! - Easy installation by simply attaching the strain sensor with a magnet - No complicated wiring or difficult tasks of attaching strain gauges required - Real-time monitoring from a distance is possible ■ It is expected to be used for applications such as: - Health monitoring - Safety surveillance - Strength evaluation ■ The following can be done remotely via the cloud! - Real-time monitoring of strain - Temperature monitoring is also possible - CSV data download - Zero (initial value) setting - Change of data collection cycle This system is available for sale, rental, and W rental. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Distortion/Deformation [Application Example of High-Speed Camera]

Calculating distortion and three-dimensional displacement! We respond to applications that require material property values.

Images captured with a high-speed camera can be used to calculate three-dimensional coordinates of the surface, displacements and velocities in three-dimensional space, as well as maximum/minimum principal strains and strain rates. It is also possible to compare and evaluate the shape data obtained from CAE with analysis simulations. Since the measurements are conducted non-contact, they can be used even in test environments with high temperatures, shocks, and vibrations. 【Features】 ■ Non-contact strain measurement: Capable of measuring strain on a wide range of materials such as metals, plastics, and fibers. ■ Three-dimensional measurement: Using two high-speed cameras, it captures the positional and shape changes of a randomly applied pattern to measure strain. ■ High-speed sampling: Detailed measurements at up to 1.12 million frames per second. ■ Easy measurement operation: Graphically compares the condition of cracks and strain distribution. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
